Designed with a smocked waist that fits to you with yet more options for fit with a drawstring tie, a full bodice with an elasticized and ruffled neckline that you can wear on your shoulders or be a tad daring and wear it off-shoulder, a long, full, tiered skirt, and short elasticized sleeves. The bodice has a drawstring tie so that you can adjust the fit and degree of openness.
