I was surprised at how accurate the description of this dress was! Its bright blue color and cute keyhole front along with an above-the-knee hemline makes it just sexy enough but not slutty. I wore it on a cruise and felt so comfortable and sexy in it! I have blue eyes and it really brought out the blue in them. I had many compliments on it, and would highly recommend this dress to anyone who looks good in blue.
